Clemsa Safaris will only share a bank payment link from PesaPal on a separate private email after confirmation, which enables clients to settle their payment without interference. It’s important to note that we do not collect card details from our clients.

All guests must obtain travel and medical insurance before their travel date to any destination. Clemsa Safaris will require these copies as soon as a booking is confirmed by payment of the deposit, and they will be kept in their file, which will be useful in the event of any medical issues, cancellations, baggage loss.

Torontonians First Trip to Kenya This was our first trip to Africa and while it was difficult deciding which country to start with, we are so pleased we started with Kenya. Booking with Clemsa Safari was the best decision for us Torontonians. This team took our desire and planned it out to a tee! We felt safe, and had complete trust in the flow of things. Clemsa and her team ensured that worry was kept at bay. The pick ups and transfers were on time, the selection of accommodations was A+, communication was excellent. Our 11 days stay that took us from the Safari's of Maasai Mara, and Amboseli to Diani beach and finally city tours was perfect. Do I recommend Clemsa Safaris..., without hesitation YES!!!!

Honey Moon Experience We had an amazing time at Tranquil Homesteads. We loved everything about it, from the pick up to the drop off, we had a driver to take us courtesy of Clemence. The reception had very nice staff, humble and dedicated. Clemence would check up to see if everything went according to our liking, my wife loved that. We loved the room service, fresh towels and sanitary standards.We had boat ride activities, canopy walk, horse riding at Bantu, dinner at Kongoni, very classy romantic and elegant. We had our own section.Breakfast was always a delight.Always kept time.Thank you Clemence.Let's do it again soon.

On time and excellent communication! I used Clemsa Safaris for transportation while visiting Kenya this month. Everything was exactly as I had hoped. Clemence arranged transport for me from one lodge to another in the Mara and on our final day, she personally picked us up at Nairobi Wilson airprot and toured us around Nairobi until our international flight that evening. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent, Talisman was easily one of the better restaurants I’ve been to in Africa. She is easy to communicate with and always replied in a timely manner. I plan on using Clemsa for other services on my next trip, including her booking and guide sevices. Clemsa offers an 8 day tour that includes a gorilla trek in Uganda!
