11-Day Luxury Safari: Kenya & Tanzania

After breakfast, your private driver will transfer you to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to the Maasai Mara, one of Kenya’s most iconic wildlife reserves. Upon arrival at the Mara airstrip, you’ll be met and transferred to the luxurious Elewana Sand River Mara, situated along the Sand River. The camp’s remote location offers an exclusive and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a luxury safari experience. After settling in, embark on your first afternoon game drive, where you’ll have the opportunity to spot the Big Five in this wildlife-rich reserve.

Over the next two days, enjoy morning and afternoon game drives across the expansive Maasai Mara. Explore the diverse landscapes while seeking out wildlife such as lions, leopards, elephants, and cheetahs.

Optional Hot Air Balloon Safari: You may choose to elevate your Maasai Mara experience with an optional hot air balloon safari at sunrise (additional cost). Drift over the plains and enjoy a champagne breakfast upon landing. 

On one of these days, visit a local Maasai village for a cultural encounter, where you will learn about their traditional lifestyle and the harmonious relationship they share with wildlife. Return to camp each evening for sundowners and gourmet dinners under the stars.

After breakfast, transfer to the Mara airstrip for your cross-border flight into Tanzania via Isebania, where you will fly into Serengeti’s Seronera Airstrip. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to the luxurious Elewana Serengeti Migration Camp, strategically located to offer front-row seats to the Great Migration. The camp boasts breathtaking views of the Serengeti plains and the Grumeti River. After settling into your luxury tent, head out for an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti, famed for its abundant wildlife and sweeping vistas.

Spend your days exploring the vast Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. After breakfast, transfer to the Seronera airstrip for your flight to Manyara Airstrip. Upon arrival, your private driver will transfer you to Elewana The Manor at Ngorongoro, a luxurious colonial-style property nestled in a lush coffee estate. Spend the afternoon relaxing at this elegant property, taking a tour of the coffee plantation, or indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment.

After an early breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of the Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the crater floor, often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” for a thrilling game drive. The crater is home to a dense population of wildlife, including elephants, black rhinos, lions, and flamingos. Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the crater’s stunning landscapes before continuing your wildlife exploration in the afternoon. Return to The Manor for a relaxing evening. Dine at the elegant restaurant, followed by a nightcap by the fireplace.

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Manyara Airstrip for your flight to Arusha. Upon arrival, transfer to Elewana Arusha Coffee Lodge, located in a picturesque coffee estate. Spend your afternoon at leisure. Take a guided coffee tour or unwind at the lodge’s spa. You may also wish to browse the local shops and enjoy the property’s tranquil gardens.
